Establish Rapport & Administrative Timelines

Establish rapport with Facilities Administrator:

  • Schedule a meeting with school site administrator/facilitator
  • Collaborate with STEM/Computer Science/Business faculty on campus
  • Present marketing and promotional materials
  • Share web sites / links that show strength of supportive organizations:

Ensure 3 to 6 months lead time for events/paperwork processing: 

  • Coordinate with the facilities administrator and administrative assistant
  • Complete necessary paperwork for facilities usage
  • Be supportive of custodial demand of time for event
    Grant funding over $500 usually requires site, district, and board approval:
  • Regional Deputy Sector Navigators (DSN's) can assist with grants for:
    • Faculty Development
    • Student Transportation to Cyber Events
    • CyberPatriot Competition Fees
      Fees waived for the following:
      • Title 1 Schools
      • All-Girl Teams
      • ROTC Teams
